Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
Billing
All invoices raised by MentorView will be payable within 10 days by the Client. Invoices may be transmitted electronically by email, or by agreement over telephone. If the latter is the case, both parties agree for bank statements to be sufficient proof of payment.
Payment Methods
- Bank transfer – in advance of tuition and in full;
- Cash – in advance and in full, and under the condition that a written confirmation has been provided by us;
- Paypal – in advance and in full, and under the condition that all costs associated with the use PayPal are borne by the Client.
Where an invoice remains unpaid for an extended period, we shall reserve the right to seek redress at Law. Any costs associated with this process – such as, but not limited to court fees, fees for warrants or court orders – will be the responsibility of the Client to pay.
Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any session, by either party. Where less than the minimum notice is given by the Client, and unless otherwise agreed with us in writing, the Client is expected to pay for 50% of the costs of the planned session.
Where MentorView has requested a cancellation, the Client shall be refunded in full for that session, unless otherwise agreed with the Client in writing.
Cancellations from either party do not require a written acknowledgement. A copy of an electronic email shall be considered sufficient proof of requested cancellation.
Absence
Where the Client fails to join a session without cancellation, they will be liable for the full costs of the session.
Where MentorView fails to join a session without cancellation, the Client shall be refunded in full for that session, unless otherwise agreed with the Client in writing.
Liability/Damages
MentorView accepts no liability for the outcome of the services we offer. MentorView shall not be held responsible for the academic assessment, or professional review, or similar judgements made by the Client’s educational institution or professional organisation with which they are or may be affiliated. The Client is solely responsible for their success or failure.
The Client accepts to indemnify MentorView and its employees, without limit, in respect of any claims arising out of, or relating to, the services provided by us. Any refunds issued by us is at our discretion, and does not constitute acceptance of guilt or responsibility.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
- limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
- exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
